Yohei Komoto began his career at L’Oréal Japan in 2002, where he was responsible for a range of marketing initiatives, including the launch of e-commerce platforms for luxury brands and the development of customer loyalty programs. He later held marketing and business planning roles at Kanebo Cosmetics and a subsidiary of Pola Orbis Holdings, focusing on brand strategy within the cosmetics industry.
In 2010, he founded Komoto Yohei Office (now operating as Tofusha), providing corporate training, seminars, and consulting services nationwide. His areas of focus include marketing strategy and logical thinking, having supported over 300 companies and 5,000 individuals to date.
